(\u201cPetsity,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using Petsity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To use Petsity, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 18 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide accurate and truthful information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. THE PETSITY PLATFORM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petsity is a technology marketplace that connects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pet Owners seeking care services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pet Care Professionals (sitters, walkers, groomers, trainers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important:<br>Petsity does not provide pet care services directly. All services are provided by independent service providers, not employees or agents of Petsity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. USER ACCOUNTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A. Account Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must create an account to use Petsity. You agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate, current, and complete information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your login credentials secure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for all activity under your account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B. Verification<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petsity may require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identity verification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background checks (for service providers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to complete verification may limit access to services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. BOOKINGS &amp; PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A. Booking Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All bookings must be made through Petsity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking details (dates, services, pricing) must be clearly agreed upon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>B. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are processed through secure third-party providers: Stripe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees may include service charges, platform fees &amp; applicable taxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Off-platform payments are discouraged and may void protections (including the <em>Petsity Guarantee<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation policies may vary by service provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are subject to the agreed cancellation terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a pet owner, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate information about your pet (health, behavior, needs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure your pet is vaccinated and safe to interact with others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide emergency contact and veterinary details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disclose any history of aggression or medical conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to disclose critical information may result in denial of claims or account suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a pet care provider, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide safe, humane, and reliable care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow pet owner instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a secure and clean environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all applicable laws and local regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor, not an employee of Petsity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. TRUST &amp; SAFETY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treat others with respect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate honestly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petsity reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suspend or terminate accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate complaints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove content or listings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. PETSITY GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Petsity Guarantee is a limited support program, not insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coverage is subject to eligibility, limits, and exclusions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies only to bookings made and paid through Petsity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guarantee does not replace personal insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. FEES &amp; TAXES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pricing must be transparent and accurate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Petsity collects a 7% booking protection fee from users. This amount cannot exceed CAD$ 65.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service providers and users are responsible for reporting and paying government taxes wherever applicable (GST\/HST\/PST\/QST).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. SERVICE PROVIDERS COMMISSION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard Member: 80% take home on every booking. 20% Platform fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro Member: 90% take home on every booking. 10% Platform fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. REVIEWS &amp; CONTENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may submit reviews and content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Content must be truthful and not misleading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petsity may remove inappropriate or false content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Petsity may use content for marketing purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. PRIVACY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your use of Petsity is subject to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petsity may use third-party providers for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background checks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosting and analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. DISCLAIMERS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petsity provides the Platform \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The quality, safety, or legality of services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accuracy of user profiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users engage with each other at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Petsity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our total liability is limited to the amount paid through the Platform in the relevant booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. INDEMNIFICATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to indemnify and hold Petsity harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your use of the Platform<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your violation of these Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your interactions with other users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. TERMINATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petsity may suspend or terminate your account if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You violate these Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You engage in unsafe or fraudulent behaviour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may stop using the Platform at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Petsity may assist in mediation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Canada and the Provinces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For disputes, contact: <a href=\"mailto:support@petsity.ca\">support@petsity.ca<\/a> call: 437-983-2229\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19.
