Pet boarding takes place at sitter's home, while pet sitting usually involves care provided at your own home.
Yes. Petsity encourages meet-and-greets so you and your pet can feel comfortable before care begins. Trust is built before the service starts.
Please provide your pet’s food, leash/harness, medications (if needed), feeding instructions, emergency contact information, and any comfort items like toys or bedding.
Petsity does not currently offer pet pick-up or drop-off as an add-on service. However, some sitters who have their own vehicles may be willing to assist with transportation. This is entirely at the sitter’s discretion and subject to their availability. We recommend discussing and confirming any pick-up or drop-off arrangements directly with the sitter before booking.
Day care is for daytime care only, with pickup usually happening the same day. Boarding includes overnight stays in the sitter’s home.
A drop-in visit is when a trusted sitter visits your home to care for your pet while you’re away, without staying overnight. Visit lengths may vary by sitter, but most drop-ins typically range from 30 to 90 minutes.
